About “Galyiv Dairy Factory”

"Galyiv Dairy Factory of V. F. Mazurkevych" is located in Galyivka countryside, which is situated in 20 km from district center — Churdniv and in 75.00 km from regional center — Zhytomir city.

“Galyiv Dairy Factory” processes 100 tons of raw materials daily. For the most part, milk is stored in Zhytomir, Vinnitsya and Khmelnitskyi regions. The raw materials are delivered to the establishment according to fixed quality standards. For this purpose in many inhabited localities, where raw materials compose not less than 3 tons/day, was installed refrigerating equipment. It gives the possibility to increase the area of milk delivery up to 150.00 km.

With the increase of raw materials and increase of output of products and cash receipt accordingly, factory faces capital repairs and reconstructions periodically.

Today, the establishment is composed of three main factory sectors on milk production output and processing:

• tinned-milk sector;
• butter sector and
• sector of dry milk powder.

Besides, industry is equipped with storage room of finished products. In addition, “Galyiv Dairy Factory” has supportive subdivisions, services and motor transport pack.

In 2000, the tinned-milk sector was repaired and reconstructed and was equipped with new equipment.

In 2003, the factory has expanded butter assortment.
